HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Once submitted, we will be in contact with you usually within the same business day.
After inspection, a replacement item(s) will be issued and will be shipped.
If your item fails to be in perfect condition, we will contact you with your options to proceed.
After inspection, the return is then processed and a refund will be issued.
You should see the credit on your account within 3-5 business days.

If, for some reason, goods are damaged:
If there is a damaged or faulty item, upon product arrival, we kindly ask for you to provide us with photographic proof, which you can send to email@example.com. Once assessed we will either replace the item, credit the customer to the value of transaction for purchased item, to be used up to 6 months from credit issued.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once the returned product arrives in our warehouse, it may take 1-2 business days to process.
It normally does not take this long, however in some cases it may.
As per company policy, the customer is responsible for the Shipping back to our warehouse for their return/exchange.
Please note: All returned packages must be sent with a tracking number.
Reefer cannot be held responsible for any returned packages. Packages can be sent without tracking at your own risk.
You should receive your sneaker goodness within
